1. Scope and controller
This Privacy Policy applies to the VH AGENCY website and to personal information submitted through its contact form or sent to us in connection with a project inquiry. VH AGENCY determines how and why that information is processed.
This policy does not govern third-party websites or services that you may reach through external links. Their own privacy notices apply.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide and limited technical information generated when the website operates.
- Contact and identity data: your name, email address, phone number, company name, and any other contact details you provide.
- Project inquiry data: the service you need, estimated budget, timeline, message, and any information you include in that message.
- Technical and usage data: IP address, browser and device information, request time, referring page, and server or security logs.
- Preference data: the light or dark theme selected for the website.
- Anti-spam data: reCAPTCHA tokens, IP address, and related device or interaction signals processed to detect automated abuse.
3. Sources of information
We receive personal information directly from you when you complete the contact form, email us, or contact us through a listed messaging service. Technical information is collected automatically by our website, hosting infrastructure, and security tools. We do not purchase consumer profiles from data brokers.
4. How we use personal information
We use personal information only for legitimate business and operational purposes connected with this website and our services.
- Responding to inquiries, preparing estimates, and discussing potential or active projects.
- Providing, administering, and improving our website and services.
- Delivering contact-form notifications to our business inbox and team communication channel.
- Preventing spam, fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- Maintaining business records, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal obligations.
- Establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
The website uses a first-party cookie named “site.theme” to remember your light or dark theme preference. This cookie is used for site functionality, not advertising.
Google reCAPTCHA is loaded on the contact page to protect the form from abuse. Google may use cookies or similar technologies and process device and interaction data under its own privacy policy and terms. You can control cookies through your browser, but blocking necessary technologies may affect the form or saved preferences.
We do not currently use Google Analytics or advertising pixels on this website.
6. How we disclose information
We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information only as reasonably necessary to the following recipients:
- Hosting and infrastructure providers that operate and secure the website.
- Resend, which transmits contact-form inquiries by email.
- Telegram, which delivers an internal notification containing the inquiry to our designated business chat.
- Google, which processes reCAPTCHA data for spam and abuse prevention.
- Professional advisers, authorities, courts, or other parties when disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety.
- A successor or transaction counterparty in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate safeguards.
7. Data retention
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose described in this policy. The retention period depends on whether an inquiry becomes a client relationship, the duration of that relationship, the need to maintain business and tax records, applicable limitation periods, legal obligations, and the need to resolve disputes or prevent abuse.
When information is no longer needed, we delete it or take reasonable steps to de-identify it. Service providers may retain limited records under their own legal and security requirements.
8. Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. U.S. state privacy rights
Depending on where you live and whether an applicable state privacy law covers our processing, you may have the right to request access to or a copy of your personal information, correction, deletion, or information about how it is used and disclosed. You may also have the right to opt out of certain sales, targeted advertising, or profiling and to appeal a denied request.
VH AGENCY does not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and an authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law.
California residents may also request the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, the categories of sources and recipients, and the business purposes for collection or disclosure. In the preceding 12 months, the categories described in Section 2 were collected and disclosed only for the business purposes described in Sections 4 and 6.
10. Children’s privacy
This website and our services are intended for businesses and adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
11. International data transfers
VH AGENCY and some service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live, including the United States and countries where our team or providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for international transfers.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices, services, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised version on this page and update the date above. If a change materially affects how we use personal information already collected, we will provide additional notice when required by law.
